Processing Details: Natural: The coffee bean is dried inside the cherry as the whole coffee fruit. It is then dried on raised African beds in full sun for 21-40 days.

 

Flavor Profile: Aromas of jasmine, marzipan and bergamot. Flavor notes of apple, strawberry with the aftertaste of jasmine and the sweetness of toasted coconut.
