Processing Details: Mossto Anaerobic Honey: Pulped coffee beans are fermented in a fresh juice of compressed coffee beans, containing pulp and skin enzymes. The coffee beans are then dried under the shade on raised African beds for 26-30 days.

 

Flavor Profile: Honeysuckle and jasmine fragrance and aroma. Sweetness of ripe melon. Refreshing acidity like in Meyer lemon. Jasmine.
