Description:
This specific coffee lot is processed in the washed method - by pupling the coffee cherries and fermenting the pulped coffee with full mucilage, without water, for 12 hours. After compeletion of fermentation, the coffee beans are washed to remove the mucilage and soaked overnight with clean water. This lot was dried under shade on raised African beds for 12 days.
